Credics smart-base design based on state-of-art technology that includes set of tools and wizards for easy customization and implementation.
The elements of a Credics solution are engineered with optimal pliability, to be mixed and matched for any business size.

Credics supports the following hardware and software tools:

• HW – Any WIN, Linux, UNIX machine. The type of machine will be determined based on the business requirements and functional specifications
• OS – Credics platform can be implemented on any operating system which supports Java and Oracle
• Database – Credics platform supports Oracle DB
• Communication – Multiple communication protocols including TCP/IP, X.25, SNA
• Message Protocol – Various message protocol including ISO, VISANET, BANKNET and many others are supported
• User Screens – The billing screens are based on Oracle-Forms module, browser based using Oracle-Apache web server
• Management tools – Management screens are based on Tomcat application server
• Reports – Credics supports Crystal and Oracle-Reports for reports generation. Reports can be triggered directly from the user-menu and generate TEXT, CSV, PDF, HTML or other format supported by the above tools
